Assistant to Executive Chairman (Female Only)


Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant for our Executive Chairman to help with the everyday tasks such as schedule appointments, handle queries, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
  • Provide Administrative / Secretarial support to the Executive Chairman including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, and maintaining the filing system.
  • Handle queries and address complaints.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Should have skills like organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Confidential Correspondence Preparation and Handling of Reports.
  • Organize and manage Chairman’s calendar and appointments.
  • Should be able to hold meetings on her own in absence of the Chairman.

Required Candidate profile

  • Degree holder preferred with 3 – 5 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in CONSTRUCTION / REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY as an Executive Assistant, front desk representative, or relevant position.
  • Well versed in computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication, written and people skills. Able to converse in English.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
  • Customer oriented and professional attitude.
  • Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
  • Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Would have to visit the Sites for meetings and flexible working hours may be required.
  • Should have a two-wheeler.
