Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive Business Development Manager whose responsibilities include Identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, driving business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies.
Responsibilities
- Concentrate on the real estate sector by identifying and targeting specific opportunities, while also developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize a deep understanding of the real estate market and current industry trends.
- Generate leads and nurture prospects by effectively managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Draft business proposals and engage in negotiations with stakeholders while conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities and trends.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at increasing revenue while focusing on growth strategies specifically tailored for the real estate sector.
- Engage in negotiations and finalize real estate transactions.
- Capable of aligning business strategies with the company’s objectives
- Work together with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Preferred skills
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Preferred: Degree in business, marketing, or related field. Experience in Channel Development, Direct Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closing.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
- Monitor and evaluate business development initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand awareness.
