About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to support our Founder and Executive Chairman in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role demands a sound understanding of the real estate sector, financial acumen, and legal awareness. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong presentation skills, refined communication, and the ability to represent leadership in high-level meetings and engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chairman in day-to-day strategic operations
- Attend meetings with investors, landowners, financial institutions, and legal teams
- Represent the Chairman in select meetings and present prepared materials effectively
- Develop and deliver business presentations tailored for high-impact decision-making
- Utilize a thorough understanding of real estate trends, legal frameworks, and market dynamics
- Craft and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Foster key partnerships and business alliances in the real estate domain
- Interpret market insights to inform strategic direction
- Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand recognition
Who You Are
- A polished communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- 2–4 years of experience in strategic business roles (non-sales)
- Well-versed in real estate operations, finance, and legalities
- Confident in stakeholder engagement, with an analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Soft-spoken, well-articulated, and comfortable navigating high-level business environments
- Able to work flexibly across office and site locations
